Skills Training
Our skills training program equips children, teens, and adults with practical tools to navigate everyday challenges, regulate their emotions, build healthy relationships, and improve communication. Through consistent, goal-driven sessions, we empower youth and parents alike to develop confidence, responsibility, and resilience that carry over into their home, school, work, and social environments.
We tailor each treatment plan to the client’s developmental stage and unique needs.

Sessions are one-on-one, goal-focused, and take place in the home, school, or community. We teach, model, and practice skills while working closely with families and schools for consistent support.
One-on-One Support:
Sessions take place in the home, school, or community with trained Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP-CS).
Skill Modeling & Practice
Youth, teens, and adults, learn new tools, then practice them through guided role-play and real-world application.
Collaborative Planning

Progress Monitoring
